To Eat the Donut, or NOT to Eat the Donut

I know you're all thinking it. "How do you eat all of this junk every day, without gaining 400 pounds?" Well the truth is, we DON'T eat these massive meals every day but on the weekends, we definitely gain a few pounds. Yes, how depressing right? On our foodie "outings" we take several photos and save them in a folder to post on future dates. So, no, we aren't at a casual boozy brunch on a Tuesday morning! Who has the time, or even the money for eating out 3 times a day, 7 days a week? Although we would LOVE that, it is not realistic.




On the days we have nothing going on we are CLEAN eaters. It's all about BALANCE and being aware of everything going in your mouth. Yes, that's right, we actually keep track of the food we eat so we know how many donuts, pancakes, or italian heroes we can eat on the weekends. Everything in moderation is the food couple motto.

Don't get me wrong, we love all things deep fried and stuffed between mac and cheese buns but that's not an ideal lifestyle! (Bummer) BUT for me personally, I am also a personal trainer so staying in shape is pretty important. I also don't want to limit myself to boring dry chicken and broccoli so RPM definitely keeps the flavor on point! It's actually REALLY tasty PLUS you can customize your meals to fit your needs! Like dave said, no 2 bodies are the same and you deserve to get the right nutrition YOU need specifically!
